PURPOSE: A rear panel for a desktop computer is provided to prevent a harmful electromagnetic wave from being emitted toward an external of a computer through a connector for connecting various cables to the computer main body by covering a rear surface connected to various cables of the desktop computer by a rear panel and performing a shield treatment of an inner surface of the rear panel. CONSTITUTION: In a computer case including a front panel(4), a top panel(5) and side panels(6,7) which are made by a synthetic resin, respectively, combined to the outside of a metal frame(2) and a rear panel(10) combined to the rear surface of the frame(2), the rear panel(10) including a sufficient internal space(19) for covering a cable and a connector is mounted/dismounted by an elastic hook flap(12). A plurality of air holes(14,15) is formed at the upper side of the rear surface and the bottom side of the central surface of the rear panel(10). The rear panel(10) forms an insertion groove(11) for mounting/dismounting the side panels(6,7) and the elastic hook flap(12) for mounting/dismounting the rear panel(10) at the upper and lower surfaces of the both sides surface. An incision unit(13) is formed from the central portion of the lower surface to the lower end of the rear surface of the rear panel(10).
