PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moxibustion device being convenient in portability, capable of maintaining a moxibustion effect for a long time and having excellent durability. SOLUTION: The moxibustion device 1 houses a thermal storage material 4 and a heating element 6 in a housing implement 2. The element 6 has a pair of conductive bands extending approximately in parallel, and an electric heater 10 energized via the bands. The band is constituted by superposing holders each having liquid permeability on a surface of a base plate. Electrodes of the heater 10 are fixed onto the surface of the holder.
