PURPOSE: A waterproofing, insulating and microorganism-preventing method for a concrete building using a polymer adiabatic panel is provided to improve in appearance and sanitation by raising the dew temperature of the inner surface of a concrete building. CONSTITUTION: The waterproofing, insulating and microorganism-preventing method for a concrete building using a polymer adiabatic panel comprises the steps of placing polymer cement mortar(1) on an inner wall of a building structure using a spatula or a metal trowel, adhering a polymer adiabatic decorative panel(2) from an upper part to a lower part closely and evenly at the wet state of the polymer cement mortar(1), and pressing the polymer cement mortar(1) to join completely, then hardening at room temperature for 6 or 12 hours.
