<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the singularity of a single vehicle with higher precision. SOLUTION: A judging device comprises an image pickup device 1-1 picking-up a two-dimensional coordinate image and an image recognition device. The image recognition device comprises an extraction unit extracting first and second visible outlines closed at a first time T1 and a second time T2 respectively based on the vehicle inherent image data inherent in a vehicle corresponding to the two-dimensional coordinate image, a calculation unit calculating a plurality of vector differences between a plurality of first specific points on a first figure specified by the first visible outline and a plurality of second specific points positionally corresponding to the first specific points on a second figure specified by the second visible outline, and a judgment unit judging the presence of a plurality of vector differences. The visible outlines of the vehicle are reliably extracted from the high-density figure information, and the singularity of the vehicle can be judged with high precision based on the vector differences corresponding to the time differences of the visible outlines.</p> |
