PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a browser is limited although a function for setting content regulation is mounted on the browser when an access to a site of the Internet is limited, and that the slimilar settings are required in all the computers. SOLUTION: The user computer 6 is connected to the service provider computer 3 by a communication line 2, and the provider computer 3 is connected to the each site 7 by the Internet 1. An access limiting rule (a regulation for permitting or not permitting the access to the site) for the site 7 on the Internet 1 is prepared in a storage area 4, and a manager for a connection ID selection- sets the limiting rule in every connection ID. When the site 7 on the Internet is accessed, the service provider computer 3 determines the propriety of the access to the site 7 pursuant to the limiting rule determined in every connection ID, and rejects the access to the impermissible site 7. |
