PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk holder which can be safely loaded into and unloaded from a disk case without being touched by the hand when the disk is changed. SOLUTION: An opening part 9 for disk loading and unloading is provided on one side surface 7 of a main body case 1. A disk holder 10 which can be freely insertable in the main body case 1 through the opening part 9 is provided. The disk holder 10 consists of a disk main body 10a and a couple of freely deformable elastic arms 12-12 which are integrally provided on the right and left of this body 10 and can be expanded or reduced. Two points P1 and P2 on the outer periphery of inner side of the case from the center of the disk 2 are held together with a pair of elastic arms 12-12. The disk 2 is unloaded from and loaded into the main body case 1 in the state where it is held between the elastic arms 12-12. When the disk 2 is not changed, the disk holder 10 is loaded in the main body case 1 together with the disk 2, and the disk 2 can freely rotate in the main body case 1 in this state.
