PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery method which can recover system constitution to its initial state and a system which actualizes it even for a computer system having different system constitution. SOLUTION: A seller-side computer system manages the system constitution of individual computer systems which are sold to users and a user-side computer system where software tries to be installed sends its identification information to the seller-side computer system; and the seller-side computer system having responded to it recognizes the system constitution of the user's computer system from the identification information and sends software corresponding to it.
