PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system that can enhance color reproducibility of a printed matter, in the case that a plurality of imaging devices such as color copying machines are connected and an imaging device other than the imaging device which receives an original image print out the original image. SOLUTION: The color copying machine 1 transfers a machine difference correction value, depending on read image data and a read characteristics of a scanner of the color copying machine 1 to a server 41. The server 41 stores image data of the color copying machine 1 and the machine difference correction value to a storage section, in cross-reference with each other. When the color copying machine 1 receives a transmission request of image data of the color copying machine 1 from color copying machine 2, 3, the color copying machine 1 transmits the image data and the machine difference correction value to the color copying machines 2, 3. The color copying machines 2, 3 generate image processing parameters, on the basis of the machine difference correction value of the color copying machine 1 and the machine difference correction values of their own machines, apply image processing to the image data from the color copying machine 1 and print out the data. |
