PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit, by which modes of simultaneously displaying two images with respect to stored information and external information are easily switched and a user can hear audio, corresponding to an image with respect to the external information, without fail. SOLUTION: The integrated circuit 120 has the function of processing reproduced data (storage information) of a DVD 101 and the function of processing internet information (external information) acquired through a modem 114. An operation key section 142 is provided with a changeover key 142a, that selects a simultaneously display mode of two images from video data of a processor 129 at the simultaneously processing of the DVD and the Internet. Depressing the key 142a can supply a switching signal to a CPU 121 of the integrated circuit 120. Every time the key 142a is depressed, a master-slave relation between a browsed image of the Internet and the reproduced image of the DVD included in the video data from the processor 129 becomes reverse. Audio data from a processor 134 are always made to correspond to the display image of the internet processing.
