PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a silicon steel sheet which has excellent magnetic properties and adhesive strength of a film after stress relieving annealing. SOLUTION: In the process of baking after of a coating solution containing an organometallic compound having metallic bond groups is applied on the surface of a steel sheet, oxidation treatment is performed in an atmosphere in which the temperature of the steel sheet is 200 to 800 deg.C, and the partial pressure of oxygen satisfies P02>=2×10-5 atm. |
