PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the bearing vibration insulation boss part of a turbo fan to couple a motor rotary shaft, in a turbo fan having a vibration isolation function. SOLUTION: In a turbo fan having a vibration insulation function, an outer wheel cylinder 23 is integrally molded with a boss part 20 of a fan body 21 through insert molding or by a mold. An annular lock part 23f protruding internally is formed at the rear end of the outer wheel cylinder 21 and a taper surface 23d decreased in size toward a rear end is formed on an inner peripheral surface. A vibration insulation absorbing cylinder 25 is fixed on the outer peripheral surface of an inner wheel cylinder 24 by an adhesive 27. A taper surface having a similar inclination angle as that of a taper surface 23 formed on the inner peripheral surface of the outer wheel cylinder 23 and a stepped part 25c engaged with the lock part 23f are formed in the outer peripheral surface of a vibration insulation cylinder 27, and the two parts are mechanically assembled together through a male and female system by taper surface joining.
