PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To profitably provide a polyester-based nonwoven fabric having a highly durable hydrophilic performance by a post-processing. SOLUTION: This filament nonwoven fabric having the durable hydrophilic performance includes deposition a polyester polyether block copolymer on the fiber surfaces of a filament nonwoven fabric having a fiver diameter of 0.5 to 40μm and containing a polyester component in an amount of >=80 mass%.
