PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser array, capable of reducing thermal interference between adjacent device parts by suppressing carrier leakage from an active region to clad layers. SOLUTION: As a semiconductor laser array device part, the clad layers 3, 7, 9 and an active layer 5 are provided at least, and the clad layers 3, 7 and 9 have lattice constants between with GaAs and GaP, and plurality of oscillation regions are provided on the same semiconductor substrate. |
