PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method which improves the sealing performance of panels at a location at which both the panels intersect each other, allows continuous concrete pouring into a concrete wall and a concrete ceiling, and allows simultaneous construction of the wall and the ceiling, by using a form-cum-heat insulating panels which each has wooden stiffeness embedded in grooves formed in a surface of a heat insulating plate in a manner each protruding a part of the wooden stiffener from the surface of the plate. SOLUTION: The form-cum-heat insulating panels arranged in a manner intersecting each other at an about 90 deg. angle, consist of a heat form-cum-heat insulating panel 20A which has the wooden stiffeners 30 embedded therein along an end surface of the panel in a manner exposing their side surfaces from the end surface forming an abutting surface, and form-cum-heat insulating panels 20B, 20C which each do not include the wooden stiffener 30 in the end surface 21a and in a front surface lateral end region on which the embedded wooden stiffener abuts. Then, both the form-cum-heat insulating panels 20A and 20B are built up such that the end surface 21a of the form-cum-heat insulating panel 20A abuts on the front surface lateral end region at an about 90 deg. angle.
