Release of water into the water course will only be done automatically and slowly through a regulator tap when the contents of the output tank is low and less than a set level determined by a falling water course level device. The system includes an overflow pipe and a regulated flow pipe running to the water course. At the water course the regulated pipe has a regulator tap. .
