摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably compensate the error of a fuel injection amount due to a variation in fuel viscosity by accurately monitoring the fuel viscosity in the fuel injection controller of a diesel engine. SOLUTION: This fuel injection controller comprises a fuel injection nozzle having a specified valve opening pressure and a fuel injection pump. The fuel injection pump comprises a high-pressure chamber allowed to communicate with the fuel injection nozzle, a solenoid spill valve for spilling fuel in the high-pressure chamber, and a TCV(timing control valve) for adjusting a timing for pressurizing the pressure of the fuel in the high-pressure chamber. A fuel injection is started by the pressurization of the fuel in the high-pressure chamber to a pressure beyond a valve opening pressure, and the fuel in the high-pressure chamber is depressurized by the opening of the solenoid spill valve to terminate the fuel injection. Under a specified stable condition, when the control duty ratio DA of the TCV comes out of a specified range and the integral correction item QI for ISC control comes out of a specified range, a fuel viscosity correction item K is calculated based on the variable amount of the integral correction amount QI and the valve opening timing of the solenoid spill valve is corrected.
