PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce temperature in a heat source for safety, and at the same time, to decrease power consumption, and to miniaturize a device in the humidification structure of communications equipment used in a cold district or the like. SOLUTION: Four compact heaters 10 are dispersively mounted to the backside of the front edge of each guide rail plate (L) 14 (refer to Figure 2 (b)). Also, a temperature sensor 17 is mounted to the rear edge of a guide rail plate (U) 13 at the upper section, and a heater controller 16 is mounted to a side plate (L) 11. The heater controller, 16 turns on and off the power supply of each heater 10, to maintain the temperature within specified width according to temperature that is detected by the temperature sensor 17. Each panel 2 is humidified by heat conduction via the metallic guide rail and side plates, mainly from the heater 10. A fan unit is supplementarily provided to average temperature in a case.
