PURPOSE: A system for fixing printed-circuit boards in a shelf for communication equipment is provided to form a guide member in each mounting groove and to fix thick boards at mounting grooves and thin boards at guide members. CONSTITUTION: A system for mounting and fixing printed-circuit boards inward a shelf, in which mounting grooves(40) are formed, comprises guide parts(50). Each guide part(50), formed at both ends of each mounting groove(40), guides printed-circuit boards. In the inside of each guide part(50), a plurality of guide members(60) are formed. Each guide member(60) has two rounded guide chips(61) formed opposite to each other at a regular interval.
