PURPOSE: A meat roasting plate having a jade plate is provided to improve the endurance of the jade plate and to prevent meats from being scorched to the jade plate by allowing the meats to make a point-contact with the jade plate. CONSTITUTION: An oil collecting section(4) is formed at an outer peripheral portion of a fire port(3) formed at a center of a meat roasting plate. A roasting plate installing section(5) is formed at an inner peripheral portion of a body(2). A roasting plate(6) is inserted into the body(2) so as to be placed on the roasting plate installing section(5). A plurality of pores(14) is radially formed at a peripheral portion of the roasting plate(6). A jade plate receiving section(6a) is formed at a center of the roasting plate(6). A jade plate(7) is received in the jade plate receiving section(6a). A plurality of protrusions(7b) is formed at an upper portion of the jade plate(7).
