<p>An electrodischarge wire machining device for accurate and quality machining is provided in which electric discharge energy is supplied to the gap between a wire electrode (1a) and a workpiece (2) by power supply means, and the workpiece (2) is processed while the wire electrode (1a) and the workpiece (2) are moved relative to each other by positioning means. Working fluid supply means includes means for supplying working liquid (4a) to the gap, means for supplying mist (7) to the gap, and means for supplying gas (8) to the gap. Coolant supply means supplies coolant (4a) for cooling the workpiece (2). The working fluid supply means and the coolant supply means can be combined to form integrated fluid supply means (12).</p> |
