METHOD FOR STABILIZATION OF NETWORK SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for the stabilization of a network system is provided to secure and maintain a stable operation of a system, in case that the system is in an abnormal state, by adding an auxiliary board/port. CONSTITUTION: An NMS(Network Management System) judges the present state of a primitive board/port. In case that it is judged that the present state of the primitive board/port is in an abnormal state, the NMS transits the state of the primitive board/port to another state. Then the NMS activates an auxiliary board/port so that the auxiliary board/port can inherit the configuration and operation mode of the primitive board/port as they are.
