PURPOSE: A thermo-therapy apparatus with a rotating thermo-therapy mechanism is provided to minimize the generation of noise and the abrasion of a cover due to the friction between an acupressure body and the cover. CONSTITUTION: The thermo-therapy apparatus is comprised of a mat shaped frame(110); a guide rail(120) installed in a longitudinal direction of a frame; a moving plate(140) moving along the guide rail; a transmission device for transferring the moving plate by using the force of a motor; and a thermo-therapy mechanism(150) installed on the moving plate so as to be moved to acupressure spots on the body of a patient suitable for acupuncture and having a plurality of rotatable acupressure members contacting with the body of a user.
