The fresh air jet device has a setting handle which includes a lower part (12) and an upper part (14). When fitted together, these are round the active horizontal plate (10). A first spring element (32) fits between the handle and the plate. A handle fork (16) is pivoted to the lower part of the handle. There is a second spring element (60) between these two components.
