The target has the following characteristics: (a) is expressed at a high level and/or is resent at a high level in an embryonic cell; (b) is not expressed or is expressed at a low level and/or is present at al low level in a non-diseased somatic ell; and (c) is expressed at a high level and/or is present at a high level in a diseased somatic cell.
