PURPOSE:To obtain a titled jet head capable of jetting ink from plural orifices with one vibration film at low voltages by a method in which an electret vibration film is used as a vibration plate and the high-electric field of the electret vibration film itself is utilized. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate base plate 8 is jointed between an outer base plate 3 having an electrode whose bottom is metal-plated and the surface is convered with an insulating film 5 and an electret vibration film 1 whose one side alone is given unipolar charge and convered with a metal-plating. When an electric signal with opposite polarity to the charge of the vibration film 1 is applied to the electrode 4, the vibration film 1 is instantaneously flexed by Coulomb's force, the volume of a pressure chamber 7 is reduced, and ink is jetted from an ink jet orifice 9. |
