MUSHROOM FRUIT BODY, LENTINULA EDODES AND METHOD OF BREEDING AND GROWING THE SAME

By mass mating breeding, Lentinula edodes capable of producing mushroom fruit body containing 170 mg/100 g DW or more of eritadenine in the cap is obtained. By cultivating this Lentinula edodes or growing it at a high temperature, mushroom fruit bodies containing much eritadenine in caps are obtained.
