PURPOSE: To provide a pair of golf shoes for a golfer such as a senior citizen or the like who becomes weak in the waist and legs, which enables him/her to stand firm at the time of downswings. CONSTITUTION: A closed bag 2 formed of vinyl is fixed to a part corresponding to a little toe on the back of an insole 1 which is attached to a face of a sole of the shoe 10. A hand pump 4 and a release valve 5 are connected with the closed bag 2 through a vinyl tube 3. The hand pump 4 and the release valve 5 are buried in a tongue 6. Air is injected into each closed bag 2 for expanding it by operating the hand pump 4, so that each part corresponding to each little toe is lifted up, when wearing the shoes 10. If the person swings in this state, each of the lifted parts generated by the expanded closed bag 2 enables him/her to stand firm on the left foot and swing properly, if the golfer is right-handed, even if his/her weight is shifted onto the side of the little toe at the time of a downswing or on impact. After the swing is completed, air is discharged from the closed bag 2 for enabling normal walking.
