PURPOSE: A system for servicing an advertisement compensation and a method for managing the same are provided to enable an advertiser to decrease an unnecessary advertisement charge and enable a client who bought a commodity through a corresponding advertisement to receive a proper compensation with respect to a looking and listening to a corresponding advertisement by performing a compensation with respect to an advertisement agent in accordance with an effect of an actual advertisement on an on-line. CONSTITUTION: A database(20) for storing various kind of information classifies and stores information of various kinds of advertising commodities requested by an advertiser(30) and stores information of each member client. A web server(10) is linked with the database(20), performs an advertisement of various kinds of advertisement-requested commodities on an on-line, and manages a shopping mall for selling a corresponding commodity. In the case that a sale of a commodity is existed through a corresponding advertisement, the web server(10) requests advertisement compensation with respect to the sold commodity to a corresponding advertiser(30). The web server(10) includes an advertising server(11) and an arrangement server(12) for supplying compensation received from the advertiser(30) to a client who bought the commodity. A member store terminal(40) transmits selling information of the corresponding commodity to the web server(10).
