PURPOSE: To provide an organic waste disposer capable of preventing disadvantages such as the leak of the waste and the entrance of water, insects, or the like, by improper use of the stocker in a state not perfectly attached. CONSTITUTION: This disposer comprises a tank 1 that decomposes organic waste such as garbage an outer case 2 that holds the tank 1, a means (agitation blade 9) that mixes the organic waste introduced into the tank 1 with the contained carrier an upper discharge port 30 that overflows the product of disposal in the tank 1 as it is agitated by means of an agitation means and a stocker 34 which is attached to the case 2 in a detachable manner, has an influent port 33 communicating with the port 30, and stocks the product of disposal overflowing from the port 30. It is constituted so that the center of gravity of the stocker 34 may be in a position more forward than that of a support 26 that supports the bottom of the stocker 34.
