PURPOSE: A device and a method for transmitting a bell sound of a melody card and a mobile phone are provided to receive an order of a melody card combining a mail card with a melody, transmit the melody card to a receiver, and transmit melody data through a mobile phone in the case that a melody download is requested. CONSTITUTION: A card mail server(160) supplies a melody card and kind information of the melody card. A melody server(180) supplies melody data and kind information of the melody data. A web server(170) supplies a melody card to an orderer for an order according to kind information of a melody card from the card mail server(160) and melody kind information from the melody server(180), receives a melody card and an E-mail address and a receiving telephone number of a receiver from the orderer, transmits the melody card to an E-mail address of the receiver, and transmits melody data to the receiving telephone number in accordance with a selection of the receiver.
