earth-moving machinery; small-size excavator turntable slewing mechanism drives. SUBSTANCE: proposed mechanism has slewing circle and hydraulic motor with outlet shaft. Inner races of slewing circle bearings are mated with turntable, and outer races, with running gear frame. One end of outlet shaft is coupled directly with hydraulic motor rotor and other end is fixed on frame of running gear by means of tooth clutch. Hydraulic motor housing is connected with turntable by means of lever rigidly coupled with housing, and carrier, hinge coupled with lever and turntable. Outlet shaft has channels to supply working liquid to hydraulic mechanisms of running gear. EFFECT: simplified design, improved reliability in service. 2 cl, 2 dwg |
