PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game toy in which the game toy itself has the leadership and a player's countermeasure is reflected to the result of a game and which enables a young people to enjoy by simple operation and manufacturing cost to be reduced. SOLUTION: This game toy recovers a toy piece 3 presented by a player and attracted by the tip end of an arm part 6 through an opening part formed on the upper part of the toy main body 1. A lid body 5 to open/close the opening part 2 is equipped on the toy main body 1. A closing mechanism to open/ close the lid body 5 is equipped inside the toy main body 1. A magnet 55 is placed on the tip end of the arm part 6 formed swollen forward descending on the lid body. A drive mechanism to make the magnet 55 attract/release an attracted body linking with opening/closing the lid body 5 is installed inside the lid body 5. An attracted body 5a to be attracted by the magnet 55 is equipped on the toy piece 3.
