PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wipe-off tool for stuck water easily used by anyone in several kinds of ways such as suction, raking up, and pushing back matched with the condition of a sticking surface such as the amount of the stuck water. SOLUTION: A roll body provided with a clutch mechanism for permitting rotation in only one direction, whose entire circumferential surface is covered with a water absorptive member, is freely rotatably attached to the tip part of a supporting shaft.
