SOLUTION: Two kinds of metals with different ionization tendency are pasted facing each other at several points on a highly absorbent resin to function as a battery when urine, etc., is absorbed, and the metals are connected in parallel or in series to obtain a certain quantity of electric power. Electric waves are discharged with the electric power as a power source of a radio wave transmitter, and electric wave signals are caught by a receiver synchronized with the discharged electric waves to light an indicator lamp and generate a sound, so that a third person is notified of the existence of the urine or feces.
