PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PC steel strand wire pressing tool in order to manufacture a soundproof wall made of a pre-cast concrete having a curved distal end by a pre-tension method, and a stretching construction for a PC steel strand wire. SOLUTION: The PC strand wires 5 are passed through holes provided on the curved shape section 10 of a form 1 made of steel and an end plate. Then, this PC strand wire stretching-pressing tool 3 wherein grooves are provided at the distal end is attached to a channel steel 2 being bridged across on the form 1 made of steel. The PC strands 5 are fitted in the grooves, and stretched by a stretching machine 7. Thus, the soundproof wall made of the pre-cast concrete having the curved distal end is manufactured.
