medicine, urology. SUBSTANCE: antibioticotherapy is conducted by simultaneous course of magnetoelectrophoresis for 10-15 min. Moreover, magnetic field acts by ascending scale ranged 1-10-15 Hz at impulse or variable modes. When antibioticotherapy course is over one should carry out urethral or rectal laser therapy with "Last-2" apparatus, the modulation rate of laser beam during the first two seances being 1 Hz, next 3 seances - 5 Hz, the last seances - 10 Hz at exposure of 15-30 min, 6-10 daily procedures/course.
