PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin bond super abrasive grain wheel formed that no air bubble is contained in a resin bond part, cutting quality is excellent, and life is extended and to provide a manufacturing method for a resin bond super abrasive grain wheel to eliminate a need for a high cost mold and molder and be high in the degree of freedom. SOLUTION: A resin bond super abrasive grain wheel is featured such that agitation is effected by exerting revolution movement and rotation movement on a mixture containing liquid thermosetting resin, a curing agent, super abrasive grains, and a filler. After defoaming by exerting revolution, through casting of the mixture, the mixture is cured at a room temperature. A method for manufacturing a resin bond super abrasive grain wheel is featured that a container is filled with the mixture of liquid thermosetting resin, a curing agent, super abrasive grain, and a filler, and by revolving and rotating the container, the mixture is agitated, and after defoaming of the mixture is effected by revolving the container, through casting of the mixture, the mixture is cured at a room temperature and further, secondary curing treatment is effected at 80-200 deg.C.
