PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a plastic bag which allows contents to be taken out while the bag is placed flat, whose take-out port can be relatively large, and which can keep sealability until it is unsealed and even after it is unsealed. SOLUTION: The plastic bag comprises a bag body 11 formed by welding a plastic film and a pouch 21 made of a plastic film equipped with a zipper 30, wherein the pouch 21 is welded to a center seal C of the body 11 to communicate with the inside of the bag body 11. A treatment to prevent from welding is applied on an internal surface of the pouch 21, so that the internal surface of the pouch 21 is prevented from welding when the pouch 21 is welded to the center seal C.
