PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding die which enables a molded product to be smoothly released from a cavity, when a cushion is to be molded with the die using an elastomer. SOLUTION: The molding die (a) for a cushion consisting of partitions set in parallel in the form of a lattice as viewed on the plane, is structured of a first molding die 1 comprising projecting parts 2b formed upright in the form of a square column and spacer projecting parts 2b formed projecting into insertion spaces 2c formed between the projecting parts 2b, arranged in such a way that the spacer projecting parts 2d and the projecting parts 2b are alternately fitted into their counter-spaces, and a second molding die comprising insertion parts 1c into which each of the projecting parts 2b of the first molding die 1 is inserted and half-projecting parts which are inserted into the insertion spaces 2c of the first molding die 1 and brought into contact with the projecting edge faces of the spacer projecting parts of the insertion spaces 2c. In addition, the molding die (a) has an outer frame 3 surrounding the peripheral four sides of the first and the second molding die from the outside in such a state that both dies are registered with each other.
