PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hamburger balanced in nutrition by including more vegetables than a conventional hamburger. SOLUTION: This hamburger is obtained by using as the ingredient heat- processed vegetables with slight massiveness (volume); wherein many heat- processed vegetables can be put between the hamburger in an easily eatable form through making a dent in bread, the hamburger is easily eatable even to the aged because basically the taste is also light and detailed needs can be answered because of increased kinds of the topping therefor. |
