PURPOSE: An ergonomic cushion is provided to solve the differences of body shapes between male and female, thus effectively removing the fatigue of a user caused from a sitting posture on the cushion. CONSTITUTION: The ergonomic cushion(1) is formed with an elongate ventilation groove(1a) extending front and rear along the center of the top surface thereof, and a female bearing member(2) is fitted in the groove. The female stand member consists of a body(20) having a contour corresponding to that of the ventilation groove so as to be fitted in the groove, and a bearing portion(21) projected in a mound form on the center of the cushion so as to support the inner part of a thigh and the private part of a women sitting on the cushion.
