PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten backup time of recent composite equipment having a lot of backup data. SOLUTION: Of SRAM data used for a work memory, data requiring backup is stored in a first area of a flash memory. When the SRAM data is rewritten after that, an address of block data of the changed SRAM and the block data are successively rewritten in a second area of the flash memory, thereby conducting backup. Consequently, backup can be efficiently carried out in a short time. |
