PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To advance each work in an interactive form, and to simplify works from estimation request by a customer to the purchase of equipment of components by the customer. SOLUTION: This information management system is provided with an operating part, an estimate calculation processing means for calculating an estimate based on the specification of an object to be estimated, a limit estimate calculation processing means for, when a desired estimate desired by a customer is inputted by operating the operating part in response to the calculated estimate, calculating a limit estimate indicating the estimate of a limit based on the estimate and the desired estimate, and an output means for outputting the estimate and the limit estimate. In this case, the estimate is calculated and outputted based on the specification of an object to be estimated.
