PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring instrument allowing a person to browse the latest display screen such as graph or the like displayed on the indicator of the measuring instrument of a Web browser at any time as occasion demands. SOLUTION: This measuring instrument is equipped with HTTP server function. This measuring instrument is provided with a means for fetching the display screen of the measuring instrument as a snap shot, and a means for turning the fetched snap shot into an HTML file.
