The invention concerns a device for actuating a mobile part of an integrated structure, in particular provided with optical guide means, comprising two spaces arranged successively along the direction for displacing said mobile parts and delimited by surfaces of the mobile part and of the fixed part of the structure, the surfaces delimiting each space belonging one to the fixed and the other to the mobile part of the structure and said surfaces comprising an electrically conductive material so as to constitute, in each space, pairs of electrodes, and including a control device adapted to selectively connect the electrodes of one (22, 23) of said pairs of electrodes (22, 23; 24, 25) to the poles of an electric power source and to electrically interconnect the electrodes of the other pair of electrodes (24, 25).
