<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing camera of a certification photo having techniques to reduce and make plain background information. SOLUTION: In the camera to photograph a human face as an object, a contrast of a background, in other words, a difference of brightness between adjacent pixels and a difference of color information are reduced to reduce the background information. Separation recognition between a close subject such as a face and a background of distance view is executed. For example, a close object is positioned within 500 mm from a camera lens 50 and the background is recognized that positioned at fully distant place. The close object and the background positioned at fully distant place are distinguished with measuring a distance to the object. The object and the background are separated by fully lighting for the object more than the lighting for the background with photography with light emission of a strobe from the camera. With successive photography of the object information at light emitting and at no light emitting, and by using the fact that the contrast of the object between the object information at light-emitting and at no light-emitting can be improved, the object is distinguished from the background.</p> |
