PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity of a magnetic disk. SOLUTION: A magnetic head 41 for magnetizing magnetic layers 13 on projecting parts 21 constituting the fine ruggedness of the magnetic disk 10 and magnetic layers 13 on recessed parts 22 to a prescribed direction and a magnetic head 41 for magnetizing only the magnetic layers 13 on the projecting parts 21 to turn in a reverse direction are separately disposed and the projecting parts 21 and the recessed parts 22 are magnetized by the same process step.
