<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a production control data base corresponding to a process order when a structure such as a bridge is produced. SOLUTION: This production control data base is constructed by a parts table of a tree structure for making minimum unit members constituting the bridge, combined members combining the minimum unit members and members combining the combined members as a lower fifth hierarchy, a medium hierarchy and an upper hierarchy, respectively, a processing process table for registering processing processes (including working quantity) required for preparing parts of each hierarchy of the parts table and a task table to be a work instruction unit for totalizing working quantity for each part of the processing process table and each process. Each table is prepared for every hierarchy based on structural information including parts developing information at the stage when terminating a design, working information is prepared, and upper hierarchies are successively prepared in accordance with regularities of successive parts names from a lowest hierarchy based on structure information which does not include parts developing information but has regularities in the parts names.</p> |
