PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide automatic irradiation control for an X-ray system using a semiconductor X-ray detector 26 having the large area. SOLUTION: This automatic irradiation control includes irradiation controllers 36 and 34 for making interest object data in data formed by the detector, and constituted so that an X-ray image of a patient is formed by using a prescribed level by adjusting an X-ray dosage so as to become the prescribed level in response to this interest object data.
