<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production planning device for shipbuilding easy to make a production plan for each work of a vessel diversified in designing states and determining states of processes and schedules by solving problems specific to a shipbuilding work. SOLUTION: In this production planning device 10 for shipbuilding provided with an input part for inputting first and second schedule data showing each of schedules of first and second works and an adjusting part for adjusting the schedules of the first and second works based on the inputted first and second schedule data, data showing work quantity of the first and second works is included in each schedule data of the first and second works, it is shown that certaintity of the schedule of the first work is higher than that of the schedule of the second work, the adjusting part sets a condition that a range capable of adjusting the schedule of the first work is lower than a range capable of adjusting the schedule of the second work, and the schedules of the first and second works are adjusted so as not to exceed set work capacity under the condition.</p> |
